I hate Mondays!
You may hear this every Monday, and even from yourself. There are many reasons why you do not like Mondays, actually it is more than just a feeling for a day.
1. Everyone else hates Mondays
Bad feelings are contagious. It is hard to stay positive when people around you say "the weekend was too short" "ah! again Monday, I hate Mondays". Social Media hates Mondays too. Do you receive messages on Monday morning with a cups of coffee and quotes remember you how bad are Mondays?...
* Do not get influenced by negative people or social media inputs. It is hard not to. Express what you want and how you want your Monday to be. You can inspire people to think different and positive
2. Your body clock gets confused
Your routine about sleeping changes on weekends, since people try to sleep more on them. This situation can confuse your body clock and it takes more effort for your body to adjust again on Mondays.
In addition people tend to eat, drink, etc more on weekends. Then Mondays is not the day when you feel the most attractive.
* Monday is s good day to detox your body. Then you can feel better about Monday, because is a day to start something good for you. You can also register to a Monday class that benefits you and enjoy at the same time. Example: zumba class, or guitar class
3. Work/Life imbalance
Most of the people hate, or at best, are not engaged at work. Unless they earn a lot of money or have a fancy tittle, they are not happy at work.
* Find something you feel passion about. Find what you are meant to be. If you are stock for a while in a job that you do not like, it will take a courage to move on, but the journey will be rewarding.
Monday is the beginning of another life- cycle. If your life is not moving in the direction you like, Mondays probably do not feel very good. On the weekends we can relieve from that frustration. The feeling regarding Mondays could represent of what is going on in your life. The energy that takes to go back to our life after the weekend is exhausting, and can create stress.
* The reality in most of the cases is that the things are going right in our lives than wrong. The perception of wrong is what makes the difference. If our perception is focused on everything is going wrong, then we will be recreating it. Nothing can impact us unless we let it. We all are surrounded by negatively, victimization and opportunity to blame. In this case blame Mondays. If this happens is the moment you have to work on yourself and think that as long as you live you will have Mondays every 7 days. It is your choice to change that perception and think of Monday as a day of gratitude, opportunities, and the beginning of a great week reflected in the
great life you would like to have.
